the HSBC incubator.
With a strategy-led approach we setup a team of design
and project management working directly with HSBC
to bring their Co.Lab sub brand to life quickly.
HSBC Global were in the process of pivoting their proposition to being human
centred. To do this they built a team of service design specialists with
an aim to revolutionise how HSBC communicates with its
customers. Their aim:
- Launch a collaborative working space to enable co-creation
with customers and colleagues
This needed full nose to tail branding, strategy workshops,
brand value and architecture, look and feel, tone of voice,
graphic assets and toolkit.
